Matt was the only child of Ethel Kline and James Tosh. He was baptized in October 1989 by Rev. Donald L. Brown at Jordan Evangelical Lutheran Church in Orefield, Pennsylvania. He graduated from Parkland High School in 2008. He was the father of two daughters and two sons.
Matt worked as a welder. He loved to work on cars, especially Hondas. He was a faithful friend, devoted to his family, and would do anything for them.
Matt was murdered by his step-father during a domestic argument.
